Track Your Progress

I think it's important to understand where we've come from and the amount of progress we've been able to achieve given a certain time frame. There is immeasurable value in being able to collect data and utilize it to our advantage.
There is a qualitative and quantitative cost/benefit to the everyday activities we engage with, and understanding how to properly manage our resources (i.e time, money, energy, potential ctc.) can not only make smart decisions productive but also much easier.
Why wouldn't you want to produce greater efficiency and benefit margins within your own sphere of influence. But in order to achieve long-term returns, it's important to take action on a daily basis and to hold ourselves accountable to building our own reality by laying individual bricks.
Being able to change one's own behavior and state of being requires that we fully conceptualize our patterns of behavior, thought and emotions in an integrated model. And without daily action and accountability, there is no hope of ever understanding ourselves and therefore no hope of growth.
Don't allow yourself to become stagnant and decay with the precious time we have. Being forever unconscious to the potential that lives within you. Instead, expand your field of awareness and force of will through daily responsibility. Open your eyes to what you could become by opening yourself to daily practice. So start tracking.
