There will be moments when we don't have enough room to be our absolute best. When we're too tired, too emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by the stimuli that the environment provides for us and when everything goes absolutely wrong. When pushed to one's absolute limits, the strengths and weaknesses of our character will be highlighted and severely pronounced. This isn't a bad thing. It is actually encouraged to push ourselves to these limits as often as possible. This is how we can bring about growth on a deeper, more effective level.
Haven't had enough sleep or rest? Adjust yourself to the uncomfortable fatigue and develop a tolerance to the intolerable. Emotionally overwhelmed by everyday struggles and traumatic events? Embrace the chaos and focus oneself to the universally divine points in this reality. Unable to recognize what course of action to take? Explore all potential paths and develop a map to help guide oneself in the social landscape for future reference.
