Learning how to communicate effectively, understanding human psychology and having the ability to influence the external world are some of the most powerful skills one can hope to achieve.
But when does our ability to influence the world around us go to far? We must be aware that we have the potential to manipulate others and be a force that causes irreparable damage.
Acts of manipulation are prevalent in marketing, sales, politics, media and abusive relationships. Often they condition us to think, feel and act in ways that go against our own best interest.
At best, those with psychopathic tendencies regard us merely as a means to an end. At worst, they condem us to a life of darkness and alienate us from everything we hold dear.
Don't abuse your ability to influence others. Don't take advantage of others trust. Don't break the spoken and unspoken rules that keep our society from falling into chaos.
To hold such power is to be responsible for the well-being of others and society at large. All intent to act must be done with a moral code that defends everything we deem sacred.
Honesty, good will, respect, trust, empathy, liberty, and raising the quality of life for all are mandatory tenets to acting ethically. To creating order within disorder and creating a new earth.
