Integration

Everything must be digested and processed to its simplest components in order for it to be utilized to its fullest potential. It isn't enough to experience external stimuli and simulate many realities internally.

We must build a model that can stand on its own two feet and withstand the storms to come. This means putting together the puzzle that is our own life into a clear picture.

It won't be perfect but it should be enough to guide us through adversity and disillusionment. Remember that every moment can unfold itself revealing the next puzzle piece. It's just a matter of discovering them and putting it together.
