Feeling Overwhelmed

There’s always that feeling that emerges in the back of our heads when the pressure of social interaction becomes too intense. That the interaction might go wrong and drown us under its wave.
We usually panic and jump out when the tide begins to rise in fear that a storm might be approaching. We deny ourselves from experiencing the logical and emotional conclusions of an interaction.
What’s so important about this overwhelming chaos is that reaching beyond it expands our potential to connect deeply and explore the outer limits of our human potential. Never having those overwhelming experiences means never expanding the reality in which we exist in. Always confined to the will that isn’t our own. Always a slave to the lowest common denominator.
Do not be afraid of being submerged under pressure. Of the potential collapse of the inner structure that we inhabit. Break down the old foundation and build it anew. Embracing the depths of social complexity makes the process of resurfacing to a world of connection a divine experience.
