Becoming Natural

What are some of the characteristics that indicate a transition from someone who struggles in social interactions to someone who is natural? Natural can be understood as having access to mental, physical and environmental systems; and cohesively utilizing those systems in such a way that induces free expression.

The systems all work together efficiently. The resources and opportunities provided are utilized to their fullest potential. There is a heightened state of awareness and consciousness, referred to as flow, that makes engaging the world effortless.

The fogs and illusions that are usually present in the mind have cleared away. Obstacles and adversity aren't recognized as concerns but merely as part of the condition that is reality. A natural that encounters conflict is capable of resolving issues without identifying with it.

The problem that many encounter with wanting to be natural is that you can never achieve it. Being natural isn’t something we become. It's who we are.

But by identifying with conflict and delusions, we deny ourselves the opportunity to express freely. We try too hard to be something we are not. Natural doesn’t mean being perfect but it does mean understanding that you are enough.
